- Local and available to check on your home in the event of Weather events or issues when you are not on hand to personally attend to it.
- Lawn and garden management on request
- Carry out a post-departure inspection for every booking and make sure that the property is correctly secured
- Undertake cleaning, make up the beds with clean linen and replace essential items
- Arrange bond refunds for the guests and payment to the home owners
